Extroverts- A Beautiful Chaos:

Image
Qualities of Extroverts::Courtesy-shutterstock.com Disclaimer: I have already declared in my last article   "Being Introvert-You Sexy" that I am an introvert and hence it can sound little biased, please ignore the ignorance and enjoy the article. How you find an extrovert? If a person wakes up in the morning and the first question he asks “Where are human beings? Please give me someone whom I can share my tooth brush time.” You got one there. But what makes them someone to be with? Chaos is my birth right: Extroverts are known to be chaotic. They like creating a fuss about everything. It’s Diwali, they don’t want just candles, they want candle too, so that they can jump on the sparks and push others to do the same. But that’s something fun. A book of experience: They are socially active people, meeting new people and hence having a lot of different experiences. Their failure has a story and their success story is always epic. They develop a ...

Myths associated with "Introversion" Shy, geek, reserved, awkward, silent. These are the words which you will hear when you ask someone to define introversion. But does it real mean introversion? I have found people who are introvert and are not shy or reserved. Sharukh Khan is one of the prime examples of being introvert and yet being quick witted, and crowd loving person. He is a super intelligent person, with a persona which can actually put you in dilemma about his introversion. Introverts are one of the most attractive people in the world, because the curiosity attached to them is immense and they just don’t typically put their attractiveness on display like other people do. For the starters I am an introvert too, though won’t boast about my awesomeness. Think deep: Introverts are the people, who create their own world in their head and like to be there with their thoughts, secret talks and the world which for others look like fiction. They have endl...

The Brand- ISKCON: Hare Krishna Hare Rama!!

Image
DISCLAIMER It’s hard to satisfy everyone. So if someone can get offended, please don’t continue and close the browser window, and the one who want to read on this go on. Happy reading :-) ************** I am crazy about brands, how they are built, managed and how the propaganda is set for generations to come. While every brand has different USP on which it prospers, it uses two of the most important parameter to count on its success- Consumer  behavior  and Market research. A product or service can be hyper  localized  or spread across different time zones, but require consumers like us to start on a positive note, break-even, or even go with IPO. There is one brand which has always mesmerised me. It is not the P&G or Hindustan Unilever or Micromax ( having o ne of the best Marketing team in India). I am talking about ISKCON (International Society of Krishna Consciousness), an organised brand, having religion as its platform and deep rooted Kr...

“I, baby number 22/39 of St. Stephen Hospital’s ward number 49 have taken birth to do something big in my life” I could have thought while lying in the cradle, waiting for the nurse to “deliver” me to my mom. Everyone in his or her life believes in the fact that that person is on the earth to make it large and to be better than the best, I was no exception. The one who does not believe in oneself can’t achieve anything in life. There lies a motive behind every move you make, every option you think about and every product you can extract out from that very move of yours. After spending 14 years in school, taking non medical in 11 th and then getting into a good engineering college, what is that one thing which is I have done differently. The answer is nothing except accepting this very own fact. Is acceptance of anything makes a difference? Answer is Yes, at least we are now knowing that where we are and how much ground we have to cover to achieve something big. Life ...

The eternal celibacy

Image
The journey starts here It’s been a while since I have interacted with you my friends. During this period of dormancy I got multiple mails regarding “Why the hell I have stopped writing?” and I have nothing to say except apologizing for my “mistake”. But I am really grateful to all of you who are interested in reading what I call- “The thought syndrome”. During this period I was trying to self introspect as well as was trying to explore this world to get something for you all. It was this time only when I went through a novel written by all so famous Amish-‘The secret of Nagas’, a book one should read, a pure pleasure of “contemporary” mythology.  Now I knew that only this topic can quench my thirst of writing, a topic which is so exhilarating and yet too solemn- ‘THE ETERNAL CELIBACY’, a path to complete enlightenment, a path that leads us to God. ******** Celibacy is a period of life that a man or woman enjoys with a tag on their forehead –“STATUS-UNMARRI...

Happiness that stays forever

Image
I was enjoying my day off from training due to excessive heat. I was online on FB as usual and I was as usual dreaming about high paid jobs after a MBA degree which I was hoping to pursue after my B.Tech.   The life is certainly an amalgam of dreams and the reality and the one who knows the correct ratio of the two can always succeed. My dreams are never ending and so instead of dreaming, I chose to download official guide of GMAT for reading, when suddenly a notification flashed on my desktop “Someone added a new photo: “My best birthday J “. Instantly my hand went on that notification to see what it’s like to call your birthday the best.    There were around 20-24 pictures and that smile on every person’s face that could be seen in the photographs told me enough that why it is the best birthday. The smile was content and full of what...umm...emotions that it seemed like that someone have won the whole world. I realised one thing that day, happiness is not...

The substitute of failure

Image
Today was one of the hottest day of summer in Delhi and even the Air-conditioner seemed sweating wildly as it’s fat was melting (after all it weighs 2 ton :P ). My mom was shouting on me to take bath but ‘Who the hell we go outside the chilling room’ I thought. The pleasure of chilled room was short lived when this ultimatum came like a heat wave-“Go and have bath otherwise no lunch for today.” I had to go for the bath with my towel on my neck and a bucket full of cold water (Thanks to some ice cubes). But this happiness stayed for a while as I slipped and broke my hip girdle. The water was draining down and couldn’t do anything but to see it draining down.  This heat was making me lethargic and I was failing to complete my daily tasks and something has to be done about it. I had no choice except to take a shower with hot water due to natural geyser of my roof. The water trickled down my body and I got lost in my thoughts. Sometimes human tend to move on a path althoug...

Sigma of life

Life was going through rough side both for my broadband service and my twenty four hours. Although partially atheist, I was yelling at god “Please put me on that planet which has more number of hours...please!” But god was busy with the Euro cup 2012  and by the way ’Who cares about someone like me?’ I thought. I was getting irritated due to excessive heat at training site and no connection with my friends due to internet service failure. My nights were going like sand through my fist and my day seemed like longer than a year. Human beings have been programmed to work for their belly and their kin. Although there was no stipend for me during this training but this will eventually add on my resume and hence to my future job and hence to my future perspective and hence training. One can easily sum of his life in following 11 steps to heaven: Step 1: Thank god for the perfect mating of your parents. Step 2: Come out of your mother’s womb after nine months of your paren...

The Exam Horror Helpline-2

Image
In last article we discussed at time table is the first and the foremost part of time management. I got 6 emails regarding: “Hey! What should be the next step buddy?” And I was... “WOHOHO man! I never expected this type of response!”  But thanks and more importantly congratulation to those who have decided to change and set up a routine in their life. But all of those who couldn’t manage to stick to timetable need not to worry much as I have something simpler way to help you pull out more output from you. Actually, this thing will push you to do this. This is called STEP i.e. S et T arget and E njoy P roductivity. This will help you to manage your time and hence will lead you to prime goal of sticking to timetable. In this what you have to do is that you have to set a target for the day...    “   OK, today I will do operating system’s first unit and Communication system’s angle modulation.”         And after completing th...

The Exam Horror Helpline-1

While my novel writing was going through a tough time due to exams and exams and exams, my mind was having a gala time. He had everything to screw up the image of multi-semester and year back systems of engineering colleges. I was concerned with the huge syllabus and my lack of concentration towards the electronics subjects. Picking up the book and straight away hitting the road with pen and notebook was a waste of time. This was just like I was preparing for my IIT-JEE and AIEEE exams. The days are less and the burden is massive. I devised a plan so that I can acquire maximum output in least possible time. The time management has become the key to success in every field and exams are no different. Since the exams are approaching and you need a way out of this traumatic situation, so here what you have to do first... A timetable ...yes a time table is the most important part of the time management. With minimum efforts you can acquire a good percentage of output from yourse...
